Mark A. Davis is the founder and President of WDC Solar, Inc., a minority-owned solar installation company located in Washington, D.C. Mr, Davis saw the potential role of solar power in mitigating the energy costs for low-income populations, the elderly and the disabled. He created WDC Solar, Inc. to ensure that low-income communities have a stakeholder interest in the solar industry. Mr. Davis in conjunction with the District of Columbia Sustainable Energy Utility ("DCSEU"), created a low-income solar program designed to offer free solar systems to low-income residents who meet specified income guidelines. As an adjunct to this program since 2011, and at no cost, Mr. Davis has trained low-income men and women to enter the field of solar installation Mr. Davis majored in communication and was a star student-athlete at Temple University in Philadelphia, PA where he played basketball on an athletic scholarship from 1978 to 1981. In 2015 Mr, Davis was recognized as a Green For All Climate Champion. The Wall Street Journal, The New York Times, Fox News and the Sierra Club Magazine have recognized his work. Mr. Davis was the guest of President and Mrs. Obama for President Obama's State of The Union Address in 2016.

Mr. Maylone has been devoted to helping bring renewable clean energy to homes, commercial projects and government facilities for over 12 years. He has gained a wealth of knowledge and experience working with industry leaders such as GroSolar and Standard Solar. At Standard Solar he was Sr. Project Manager of the District of Columbia's Department of General Services, 8 MW rooftop solar project. A project that earned Washington DC the LEED Platinum Certification - the highest possible ranking for environmental achievement possible. Paul has also been committed to and responsible for training large diverse groups of individuals in the solar energy industry. Paul is a graduate of Maryland Institute College of Art and the Corcoran College of Art and Design. He holds numerous certifications and awards and brings a tremendous amount of passion, creativity, expertise and professionalism to his solar project designs and installations. Mr. Maylone is an integral part of WDC Solar's mission to bring clean and affordable energy to all, especially to those in under-represented communities.

As a member of the company’s executive team, Candance evaluates and manages the resources and processes required for the successful completion of solar projects from design, permitting, procurement/construction until final interconnection. Under her leadership, WDC Solar increased its recruitment and solar training programs and expanded WDC Solar ‘s office locations. Prior to WDC Solar, Candance worked as the Marketing Director for the Business Womens Network (BWN), an umbrella organization linking over 5,000 women business organizations worldwide with Fortune 500 companies and federal government agencies. She co - founded ML Contracting Group, a woman owned construction company that was selected to participate in the Baltimore Washington Airport (BWI) electronic surveillance process – a security system prototype rolled out to airports nationwide. Featured in the Washington Business Journal, “In A Man’s World”, Candance has been passionate about small business entrepreneurship since graduating from Howard University in Washington, DC. Candance is a graduate of Clark Construction’s, Subcontractor Development Partnership Program and has her North American Board of Certified Energy Practioners (NABCEP) certification.
George is a graduate of Cornell University and develops constructive relationships among the WDC Solar install team, industry tradesmen and vendors to create greater operational and logistical.
